Support Notice – New essCert service URL: As part of our ongoing platform modernisation and security enhancements, the essCert service has been upgraded to a newer technology stack to ensure improved security, performance, and long term supportability. As part of this upgrade, effective 22 April 2026, the essCert service URL will change to https://esscert.idt.ice.com.
No action is required from users. The previous essCert URL (https://www.tradecert1.net) will automatically redirect to the new address.
Note: If you have embedded the essCert login URL (https://www.tradecert1.net/cas/login) within your own website or systems, we recommend updating it to https://esscert.idt.ice.com/cas/login. While the redirect will continue to function, updating your configuration is advised to align with the upgraded platform.
